Ronen Rubinstein & Julian Works on 9-1-1: Lone Star (2021)

This week's new episode of 9-1-1: Lone Star featured a subplot centered on Mateo (played by Julian Works). Early in the episode he's in the locker room with his fellow firefighters T.K. (played by Ronen Rubinstein) and Paul. Ronen was shirtless for the scene as T.K. was changing into his work clothes. Mateo got their assistance in removing his sweatshirt to show off his new back tattoo. Seeing that it was misspelled, T.K. & Paul chose not to reveal that fact. Their ruse carried over into a later workout scene with Julian & Ronen both showing off their arms in sleeveless shirts. The storyline ended with Mateo removing his shirt once again, revealing the updated tattoo and how their female crewmate Marjan helped him get it fixed for free.
