Cameron Monaghan, Noel Fisher & naked extra on Shameless (2021)

This week's new episode of Shameless featured a bit of male skin. Cameron Monaghan was shirtless for Episode 5's opening as his character Ian introduced the recap from the previous episode. Ian later got into some trouble with his hubby Mickey (played by Noel Fisher) after the couple stole an ambulance. Their antics got both hot and bothered so they headed to the rear to get steamy, only to find a dead body. Mickey's pants came down partially for that scene. The sequence also featured a naked extra, as the guys removed the body and left it on the street.
