The drama Love Dave centers on the title character, Dave (played by Michael Mazza), a man who finds himself at a breaking point when he's dumped by his longtime girlfriend, gets threatened by her brother, criticized at his job, and discovers his girlfriend is already dating another man. He tries to solve his loneliness by purchasing a sex doll, but this new relationship appears to help push him further over the edge. Michael was shirtless and showed rear nudity for a sex scene with the doll. Jean Louis Francois Percello plays Dave's roommate and best friend Bryson. He appears in a towel near the end of the film, when Dave sees him and hallucinates that he's been in the bathroom showering with his girlfriend, causing tragedy for Bryson.
