Binge Skin: Someone Has to Die - Season 1

The Netflix release Someone Has to Die is a family drama from Spain, taking place in the 1950s when family ties and societal appearances were a great source of power. The three-episode series follows Gabino (played by Alejandro Speitzer), a closeted gay man, as he returns home to his family after 10 years. His family is planning to marry him off to the daughter of a powerful family, but turmoil erupts when he brings along his close friend Lázaro (played by Isaac Hernández), a Mexican ballet dancer who proves to be a catalyst for huge turmoil within the two families. While Gabino harbors his own feelings for Lázaro, his new bride Cayetana is instantly attracted as well. Lázaro soon dashes Gabino's hopes, while falling into an affair with Gabino's mother, the unhappy Mina who suffers abuse at the hands of Gabino's father Gregorio (played by Ernesto Alterio). Meanwhile, Cayetana's brother Alonso (played by Carlos Cuevas) looks to undermine Gabino's homecoming, especially after discovering Gabino's homosexuality, despite being in the closet himself. Isaac & Carlos both showed rear nudity on the series. There was also rear and frontal nudity from uncredited actors in Episode 1. Ernesto got a shirtless scene in Episode 3.
