J. Alphonse Nicholson on P-Valley (2020)

STARZ aired the first season finale of the strip club drama P-Valley this week. Episode 8 worked in a bit of skin from cast member J. Alphonse Nicholson. The aptly-titled episode "Murda Night" found his character LaMarques taking the stage for the first time as his rap alter-ego Lil' Murda. He performed across several scenes, as various dramas played out inside The Pynk. With a music producer looking to meet him, he publicly rebuffed Uncle Clifford, despite their romance, leading Uncle Clifford to end their time together. J. Alphonse was shirtless for most of his screentime in the episode.
