Nico Greetham & Nick Pugliese in Dramarama (2020)

Taking place in 1994, Dramarama centers on Gene, a teen embarking on his final night of murder mystery fun with his four close high school theater pals after graduation. While his friends seem to have their futures solidly plotted out, Gene (played by Nick Pugliese) looks to finally come out to them before they part ways for college, leaving behind their religious community. When they don't react well to his announcement that he may no longer believe in God, he quiets his plan to come out, just as their seemingly perfect future plans are all revealed to not be as great as they hoped. Nick appeared in his underwear for his first scene as Gene practiced revealing his sexuality while standing in front of a mirror, before being interrupted by his mother. His co-star Nico Greetham was also shirtless for his role as Oscar, Gene's best friend and the only other boy in their group. Gene secretly pines for him, while it's hinted that Oscar may be closeted as well.
