Bobby Soto & Shia LaBeouf in The Tax Collector (2020)

The Tax Collector tells the story of David, a family man working as a gangland tax collector when a major threat from his past returns to town, quickly putting David's inner circle into danger. Bobby Soto stars as leading man David and got a few shirtless scenes during the movie. His co-star Shia LaBeouf is shirtless and shows a bit of frontal nudity for his role as David's partner, after he is captured and tortured to punish David.
