Mark Ruffalo on I Know This Much Is True (2020)

Mark Ruffalo stars in the new HBO drama series I Know This Much Is True, playing twins Dominick and Thomas. The series follows Dominick and his efforts to get his brother, a paranoid schizophrenic, released from an asylum. Along the way, he recounts their troubled history together. The second episode of the series featured its first skin with Ruffalo appearing in two nude scenes. The first was a partial frontal as his character was shown showering. The second was a partial rear nude scene as his character got up from the bed, putting on his underwear.
