The gang's efforts to bring leading man Max (played by Nathan Dean Parsons) back from the dead continued this week, as they attempted a delicate surgery on the alien man. Nathan appeared without his clothes for the surgery scene. The episode also featured some reconciliation between friends Alex (played by Tyler Blackburn) and Maria, after Maria struck up a romance with Alex's ex, Michael (played by Michael Vlamis). Alex told Maria about some of his history with Michael, leading to a flashback to their teen years, as the two made-out in a truck while chatting about their futures.
