Santiago Cabrera on Star Trek: Picard (2020)

The new CBS All-Access series Star Trek: Picard got cast member Santiago Cabrera shirtless in Episode 3. His character, Captain Chris Rios was introduced while topless as he dealt with an injury to his shoulder, which was treated as he had his first meeting with Admiral Picard. He remained shirtless for most of their interaction.
