David Terry, Rob Lowe & extras on 9-1-1: Lone Star (2020)

Episode 5 of 9-1-1: Lone Star, appropriately titled "Studs," featured storylines that all dealt with masculinity in several forms. The episode opened with the first responders arriving at a male strip club responding to the fallout from a fight among female patrons. This led the firefighters to interact with firemen strippers, as Captain Strand (played by Rob Lowe) shook hands with his stripper counterpart (played by David Terry). David was clad in bikini briefs for his strip routine alongside a group of extras. Rob also appeared in his underwear later in the episode as Strand dealt with erectile dysfunction stemming from his cancer treatment, leaving his attempt at casual sex as a big failure. Meanwhile the show's gays T.K. (played by Ronen Rubinstein) and Carlos (played by Rafael Silva) ended the episode together as they took T.K.'s firefighting comrade Paul out to a gay club to cheer him up after his attempt at romance went sour when his date learned he is trans.
