Travis Burns in The Wrong Boy Next Door (2019)

The Wrong Boy Next Door was another entry in the Lifetime series of films from director David DeCoteau. The film used a bit of its runtime to focus on the hot body of leading man Travis Burns, who plays the titular character, who becomes obsessed with his female neighbor who is under house arrest. Travis' character, John, first catches her eye by lifting weights topless in front of his window. He later comes over to make her acquaintance, also without his shirt. He also happened to be shirtless for a confrontation with another neighbor and for multiple scenes spying on her from his phone.
