Ryan Carnes & Christian Madsen in Red Handed (2019)

Ryan Carnes' character on General Hospital may currently be in a coma, leaving little time for skin, but he also recently starred in the thriller Red Handed, which managed to get him naked, and blond! The movie centers on three brothers who gather at a remote cabin after their father's death. When the son of one of the guys is abducted, they scramble to find him, while unlocking secrets of their past. Ryan's introduction in the film found his character answering his door naked to find his brother ready to reveal their father's passing. Ryan showed rear nudity for the scene. His on-screen brother, played by Christian Madsen, also showed a bit of skin thanks to an open shirt.
