Francesco Di Napoli, Ar Tem & Pasquale Marotta in Piranhas (2019)

Piranhas (La paranza dei bambini) is an Italian film that centers on Nicola (played by Francesco Di Napoli), the leader of a gang of restless teens who become embroiled in more and more dangerous activities, leading them to commit acts of violence on behalf of a mob boss. Francesco appears in various states of undress during the film, including scenes in his underwear. Though he is naked for a bed scene, the camera doesn't show any male nudity in the scene. His co-stars Ar Tem and Pasquale Marotta are also shirtless in their roles as Nicola's fellow gang members.
