Scott Speiser on 9-1-1 (2019)

Episode 9 of the third season of the FOX drama 9-1-1 brought one of the show's recurring subplots to a boiling point, as 9-1-1 operator Maddie got a call from her new friend Tara, whom she had been trying to help leave her abusive husband Vincent. Tara begged for Maddie's help and she arrived at their home to find that Tara had shot Vincent (played by Scott Speiser). Maddie performed triage to keep him alive until first responders could arrive. This involved popping his shirt open, giving viewers some good looks at Scott's chest during the sequence.
