Billy Miller is back in the Soapy Sunday spotlight this week. It's been over a year since his last shirtless scene but he was not only shirtless in the July 9th episode of General Hospital, but stripped down to his underwear as his character, Drew, was drugged by his ex Kim. She got him into bed with the hopes of getting impregnated as she continued her emotional spiral after the death of their teenage son Oscar. She was stopped by her boyfriend Julian and the duo left the room. A groggy Drew later woke up and emerged from the bed in his undies to get dressed, wondering what happened.
