Soapy Sunday: Matthew Atkinson & Scott Clifton on The Bold & the Beautiful (2019)

The June 27th episode of The Bold & the Beautiful began with a shirtless Thomas (played by Matthew Atkinson) doing some push-ups and admiring his muscles in the mirror as he prepared for some fun in the sun with the object of his obsession, Hope. The two went to join his sister Steffy and Hope's ex, Liam (played by Scott Clifton) for beach time with their kids. He remained in an open vest for the remainder of the episode. Scott was also in an open shirt for the episode. They both remained partially undressed for the June 28th episode, as Thomas' obsession with having Hope led him to drug Liam's drink.
