Steve Howey on Shameless (2019)

Steve Howey showed off his chest this week on the Showtime drama Shameless. Episode 12 of the ninth season found the Chicago residents experiencing a blackout. With power out at his bar, Steve's character, Kevin, soon stripped off his shirt in an attempt to deal with the heat while serving customers. He also comes up with the idea to host a cookout to get rid of the meat in the bar's freezer before it goes bad, and to make some money. He throws on an apron, but remains topless, showing off his muscles for this additional sequence.
