Jason Lewis on Midnight, Texas (2018)
This week's episode of the supernatural NBC drama Midnight, Texas brought the show's gay love triangle to a dramatic conclusion. Joe (played by Jason Lewis) went off in search of his husband Chuy (played by Bernardo Saracino) after his demonic turn last week, which was prompted by the knowledge that Joe cheated on him with demon hunter Walker (played by Josh Kelly). Walker wasn't far behind Joe, despite Joe's warnings for him to stay out of his marriage. Walker remained intent on killing the demon. Chuy attacked and Joe attempted to talk him down back to his human form but it didn't work. Walker tried to kill him but couldn't go through with it, out of love for Joe. This enraged Chuy, forcing Joe to kill him. Walker attempted to comfort Joe after he buried his husband, but Joe demanded he leave him alone for good. Joe then cut off his angel wings, leaving them as a marker on Chuy's grave. Jason was shirtless for the dramatic moment.
