Penn Badgley on YOU (2018)

Episode 9 of the Lifetime thriller YOU aired this week. Leading man Penn Badgley was shirtless once again at the start of the episode. His character, Joe, had a nightmare while in bed with his girlfriend Beck. He was shirtless briefly as he woke up in bed. He got another bed scene later in the episode, providing even better looks at his chest. The season finale of the series airs next week.
