Penn Badgley on YOU (2018)

Episode 8 of the Lifetime drama YOU got leading man Penn Badgley out of his shirt once again. His character, Joe, gave up his new relationship with Karen to return to resume his obsessive romance with leading lady Beck, who falls back into his arms. The two carry on an affair, leading to some shirtless love scenes and some near-nudity. In the end, they got back together, getting Penn down to his underwear for a scene as well.
