Horror Hunks: Cameron Monaghan in Amityville: The Awakening (2017)

Shameless star Cameron Monaghan may not have gotten undressed for this week's 100th episode but he is showing some skin to usher in this year's month of Horror Hunks! Cameron starred in Amityville: The Awakening, a new chapter in the Amityville horror franchise. Cameron plays James, the comatose twin brother of lead character Belle (played by Bella Thorne). Their family moves into the infamous Amityville house as their mother secretly hopes it's dark powers might cure her son. Supernatural phenomena begin to occur and James is miraculously cured, but the darkness inside him puts the entire family in jeopardy. Once his character is out of his coma, Cameron spends all of his screentime shirtless for his villainous rampage.
