Soapy Sunday: Matt Cohen on General Hospital (2018)

Matt Cohen's General Hospital character Griffin took in another shirtless run this week. With his character suspended from his job at the hospital, it's left lots of time to keep his body fit. His run at the start of the September 6th episode, however, was quickly interrupted when he ran into Kiki, his one-time bed buddy. Meanwhile, in the show's ongoing gay storyline, husbands Lucas & Brad reached a critical day in their new parentage, as their adoption was called into question by their child's birth mother. Brad (played by Parry Shen) was even more panicked, knowing that the child is actually the son of Lucas' nephew Michael (played by Chad Duell), and doesn't belong to the woman seeking custody. Lucas (played by Ryan Carnes) prepared for the hearing only to run into Michael at the hospital, while Brad wondered if Julian's efforts to stop the birth mother might have worked. It appears to have succeeded, as the duo learns during the hearing that the birth mother changed her mind and officially relinquished custody to them, keeping Brad's baby switch secret intact for now.
