Toby Sandeman on The Royals (2018)

The E! Network drama The Royals is headed for its season finale next week and this week's episode heightened the drama within the royal family, with several secrets revealed. The Queen's latest tryst with Sebastian (played by Toby Sandeman) was one of those secrets to be unlocked as Princess Eleanor walked in the duo in her mother's bedroom. Toby got two shirtless scenes during the episode. The first had him putting on his shirt early in the episode and the second had him clad in nothing but boxer briefs as Eleanor arrived.
