Alberto Frezza on Station 19 (2018)

This week's new episode of the Grey's Anatomy spin-off Station 19 got cast member Alberto Frezza shirtless once again. Episode 7 found his character, cop Ryan Tanner, having an emotional revelation after helping to rescue a mother and child from a burning building. This leads Ryan to leading lady Andy in the final scene of the episode, vowing to not give up on their potential romance. This led to his shirt coming off as the two stripped down for some fun time on the couch.
