Jason Thompson is back in the Soapy Sunday spotlight thanks to a shirtless scene on this week's The Young & the Restless. His character, Billy, continued to work his way back into the heart of his lady love Phyllis. The December 7th episode had him presenting her with the gift of a racehorse. Phyllis thanked him with a roll in the hay on the couch. Jason was shirtless for the scene of aftermath after their sexual romp.
