Jesse Hutch in Snowmance (2017)

The television movie Snowmance centers on Sarah, a lovesick young woman who wonders if true love will come her way. Each year since childhood, Sarah has her "Snow Beau" in the form of a snowman built with her best friend Nick. Now getting over another breakup, Sarah meets Cole (played by Jesse Hutch), her Snow Beau come to life. His arrival not only sweeps Sarah off her feet, but also drives a wedge between her and Nick. Jesse gets a shirtless scene late in the film as some fireside fun leaves him feeling a bit too warm. He removes his shirt, despite the cold temperatures.
