Charlie Weber on How to Get Away With Murder (2017)

Charlie Weber showed off his chest for the second episode in a row this week on How to Get Away With Murder. Charlie's character, Frank, was shirtless for a round of exercising when he got a visit from Asher (played by Matt McGorry) during the sixth episode of the fourth season. He proceeded to continue his weight-lifting despite the interruption, keeping his great chest on display for the entire scene.
