Horror Hunks: Tyler Farrell, Scott Fletcher, Tosh Newman, Jon Devin & Michael Gravois in Fraternity Massacre at Hell Island (2007)

Fraternity Massacre at Hell Island centers on Jack (played by Tyler Farrell), a gay frat pledge who must contend with more than homophobia and frat hazing when the pledges are forced to spend the night on a supposedly haunted island. A deranged clown shows up to start a killing spree. Tyler shows rear nudity in his first scene as Jack is revealed to be sleeping with frat brother Roger (played by Michael Gravois) who is shirtless for their bed scene. There's also rear nudity from Scott Fletcher who strips down, hoping for some shower sex only to be killed before he can get there. Tosh Newman & Jon Devin play shirtless frat boys who are left in nothing but their underwear before being slashed. Jack and Roger survive the night, along with the other secretly-gay frat guys Darrel (played by Monty Shane) and Porter (played by Eric Kankaala) who spend most of the night making out.
