Horror Hunks: Chase Williamson in SiREN (2016)

SiREN centers on Jonah (played by Chase Williamson), whose bachelor party trip with his three closest friends turns into a nightmare when the men unwittingly free a savage creature, believing her to be a captured young woman. She turns out to be a blood-thirsty predator putting all their lives in danger. She forms an instant connection with Jonah, triggering memories of his past sexual conquests. Later, she corners him and forces him into having sex. His pants come off for the scene, leading to some partial rear nudity.
