Soapy Sunday: Billy Miller on General Hospital (2017)

General Hospital got Billy Miller out of his shirt in multiple episodes of the show this week. The actor's last scene of Monday's episode saw his character, Jason, joining his wife Sam in bed without his shirt on. Viewers should have relished the scene while they could, as the character soon became part of a dramatic mob showdown, getting shot in the chest in the episode that followed. He was next shirtless in the August 31st episode as Jason lay in his hospital bed. Given his gun shot wound, there was no hospital gown in sight, putting half of Billy's chest on display, allowing some nipple to show.
