25 Days of Gays: Something Must Break (2014)

The award-winning Swedish film Something Must Break (Nånting måste gå sönder) centers on the transsexual Sebastian (played by Saga Becker), living as much of his life as Ellie as he can, when he crosses paths with Andreas (played by Iggy Malmborg), who shows interest in Ellie, despite his lifestyle as a straight man. The connection between the two grows, leading to an exploration of identity, passion, fear and love. Both Saga and Iggy show rear and frontal nudity in their roles. There's also frontal nudity from Mats Jäderlund and rear nudity from Emil Almén who play small roles as men Sebastian/Ellie encounters.
