25 Days of Gays: Downriver (2015)

25 Days of Gays comes to an end for this month with the award-winning Downriver. The Australian drama tells the story of James (played by Reef Ireland), a young gay man incarcerated for drowning a boy when he was a child. Upon his release, James returns to his broken home in an attempt to unlock the past and find the missing body to bring closure to everyone involved. He soon finds himself at the center of a tense mystery involving faces from his own past, including Anthony (played by Thom Green) who played a role in the incident. Along the way, James befriends Damien (played by Charles Grounds) whom Anthony takes a sexual interest in, causing even more drama. Thom & Charles show rear nudity for a shower sex scene. Reef gets several shirtless scenes. Lee Cormie is also shirtless in his role as James' cellmate and lover that he leaves behind after his release.
