Graham Rogers, Blair Underwood & Jake McLaughlin on Quantico (2017)

Quantico couldn't bring back Graham Rogers without getting him shirtless. His character, Caleb, returned to the series last week and this week, he appeared to rekindle passions with his former love interest Shelby, which doesn't sit well with Caleb's brother, Clay (played by Hunter Parrish). Caleb & Shelby's half-dressed appearances, however, turned out to be a ruse. Last week's episode may not have gotten Graham shirtless but it did succeed in getting the show's two leading men, Blair Underwood and Jake McLaughlin, out of their shirts. Blair hit the pool for some training while Jake was topless for a bed scene.
