Soapy Sunday: Scott Clifton on The Bold & the Beautiful (2016)

Scott Clifton got a brief shirtless scene on The Bold & the Beautiful last week. His character, Liam, opened the December 1st episode with his lady love Steffy as the two returned home after spending time on the nearby beach. The two were wet from their swim, but that didn't stop them from having a moment of romance wearing very few clothes. Unfortunately, Liam threw on a shirt for the rest of his scenes.
