Soapy Sunday: Billy Miller on General Hospital (2016)

Billy Miller is back in the Soapy Sunday spotlight this week. The General Hospital hunk's character, Jason, headed for the altar with his longtime love Sam. Before the big day, the two spent some quality time in bed together. Billy was shirtless near the end of the September 1st episode as Jason & Sam hit the sheets to make love. He also started off the September 2nd episode shirtless as the two remained in bed together for several scenes before heading off for their wedding ceremony.
