Jay Ellis & Y'lan Noel on Insecure (2016)

The new HBO comedy Insecure centers on the awkward experiences and romantic tribulations in the life of Issa Dee. Episode 4 puts the focus squarely on Issa's love life as she continues to work through the issues in her relationship with longtime love Lawrence (played by Jay Ellis). He returns to their apartment from a jog and gets naked to join her in the shower, though their attempt at spontaneous sex doesn't end well. Issa also deals with her continued infatuation with her old flame Daniel (played by Y'lan Noel). She experiences a hallucination with Daniel stripping for her in a bathroom during the episode.
