Charlie Weber, Paul Woolfolk & Carlin James on How to Get Away With Murder (2016)

Episode 4 of How to Get Away With Murder's third season once again got cast member Charlie Weber shirtless. His character, Frank, woke up shirtless. He remained that way for the scene which found him paying off his contact. The episode also featured Connor looking to rebound after his break-up with Oliver by hooking up with two cute college students. Guest stars Paul Woolfolk and Carlin James played the young men, Hector and Martin who get undressed in the scene.
