25 Days of Gays: David's Birthday (2009)

The Italian film David's Birthday centers around two couples, Matteo & Francesca and Diego & Shary, life-long friends who vacation together at the beach. Their friendly excursion becomes complicated when Diego & Shary's son David (played by Thyago Alves) joins them. Upon seeing the now-grown and handsome David, Matteo (played by Massimo Poggio) finds himself attracted to the young man. As their paths continue to cross and David's gorgeous body gains more and more screentime, the two men give in to their sexual tension on David's birthday, leading to dramatic and tragic consequences. There's rear nudity from Thyago, while Massimo shows both rear and frontal nudity.
