Soapy Sunday: Robert Palmer Watkins on General Hospital (2016)

Robert Palmer Watkins is back in the Soapy Sunday spotlight this week. The actor hasn't gotten many opportunities this year to show off his great chest. He was shirtless for a few scenes during the July 20th episode of General Hospital as his character, Dillon, hit the sheets for some romance. While he remains embroiled in a love triangle with Kiki and her ex-boyfriend Morgan, Kiki is not his bedroom partner in this episode.
