John Karna, Santiago Segura & Bobby Campo on Scream (2016)

The MTV horror series Scream had been under a dry spell when it came to male skin, showing very little since the first episode of the new season. That all changed last week, as recurring actor Bobby Campo and new cast member Santiago Segura both got to show some skin during Episode 6. Campo got a few scenes in an open shirt as he was cuffed to a bed, while Santiago got a brief shirtless scene. This week's seventh episode went even further, getting main cast member John Karna shirtless in multiple scenes as his character, Noah, finally seemed to be getting some action with his new love interest Zoe.
