General Hospital hunk Billy Miller got shirtless this week. His character, Jason, hopped into bed once again with his baby mama Sam. As the two continue to rebuild their relationship, they have not been neglecting their bed, and various other locations, to get steamy. Billy was shirtless to start the June 16th episode of the daytime drama and got a lengthy topless scene before the two emerged from the bedroom.
