Jacob Ifan & Luke Bailey on Cuffs (2015)

The new BBC series Cuffs is a comedic drama centered around the lives of a group of Brighton police officers. Jacob Ifan stars on the series as rookie Jake Vickers, who struggles to balance his new job with the fact that he's the Chief Superintendent's son. Jake also deals with his mother's cancer diagnosis and his own love life as he flirts with not-so-popular solicitor Simon (played by Andrew Hawley). Episode 2 gets Jacob shirtless for two scenes. He starts the episode being examined after being accidentally tazed by a fellow officer. Later in the episode he hits the showers after being unable to save a gunshot victim. He emerges wearing only a towel in the locker room. The episode ends with Jake & Simon sharing a kiss. Guest star Luke Bailey is also shirtless in the second episode as a surfer who recognizes Jake from the water, just before Jake serves him a ticket.
