25 Days of Gays: The Stranger in Us (2010)

The Stranger in Us centers around Anthony (played by Raphael Barker) who comes to San Francisco in an attempt to get over his abusive relationship with Stephen (played by Scott Cox). There he meets a young street hustler, Gavin (played by Adam Perez) forming a relationship that helps both men in their search for freedom. Both Raphael and Adam get shirtless scenes throughout the film. Scott gets a brief moment of rear and frontal nudity during a bed scene flashback. There's also rear nudity from Alex Rodriguez and Luis Quiroz, who appear as sexual partners of Anthony and Gavin, respectively. There's also some shirtless action from David Scott Keller and Kelly Sanchez in the drama.
