Soapy Sunday: Scott Elrod on The Young & the Restless (2015)

Scott Elrod continues his villainous role on The Young & the Restless. His character, Joe Clark, continues to cause drama. The June 24th episode finds Joe confronted by police chief Paul Williams, who arrives at his suite just as Joe is getting dressed. While he manages to get a shirt on, he doesn't bother to button it, showing off Scott's great chest. Viewers are treated to a few minutes of semi-shirtlessness from the actor. Hopefully next time, Joe's visitor will arrive a bit sooner, not allowing for any pesky shirt to get in the way.
