Happy Birthday, William Moseley!

William Moseley turns 28 today and it wouldn't be a celebration without him treating viewers to some skin on his E! network drama, The Royals. Last night's new episode featured William's character, Prince Liam, in bed with his lady love Ophelia. Episode 7 started perfectly, with a look at William's gorgeous chest. His second scene during the episode still manages to show some skin as an open shirt leaves his chest on display. It's perfect timing, given William's big day today. His shirtless moments on the show are the gifts that keep on giving.
