Soapy Sunday: Billy Miller on General Hospital (2015)

Billy Miller is the focus of this week's edition of Soapy Sunday. Billy currently stars on ABC's General Hospital, playing troubled soul Jason Morgan. Since taking over the role in October of last year, there haven't been many opportunities for the actor show off his body, but the February 18th episode managed to do just that. At the very end of the episode, Jason is taken into surgery, requiring him to be shirtless, of course.
