Happy Birthday, Noel Fisher!

Noel Fisher celebrates his 31st birthday today, making it time to celebrate. The talented Canadian actor currently stars on the long-running Showtime drama Shameless, as troubled bad boy Mickey Milkovich, one half of one of television's greatest gay couples, along with Ian Gallagher (played by Cameron Monaghan).
