Kelly Blatz & Cam Gigandet in 4 Minute Mile (2014)

The drama 4 Minute Mile centers on high school track star, Drew Jacobs (played by Kelly Blatz) who realizes his potential on the track with the help of an aging coach, while also struggling in a single-parent household with an older brother, Wes (played by Cam Gigandet) caught up in drug dealing. Soon Wes pulls Drew into his world which leads to tragedy. Kelly gets a few shirtless scenes. Oddly enough, the skin scenes occur in a pool despite the movie's track racing theme. Cam is much more shy with skin, though he shows off his body in a tank top in a few scenes.
