Soapy Sunday: Billy Miller on General Hospital (2014)

The Young & the Restless alum Billy Miller recently joined General Hospital in the role of Jason Morgan, a role previously played by Steve Burton who now stars on The Young & the Restless. Billy got his first big shirtless scene on the drama at the end of November. It's the classic soap scene where the guy walks in topless, generating a completely unrealistic response from the female love interest who always looks as if she's never seen a man's chest before. Awkwardness ensues until Billy throws a shirt on. Here's hoping there's more shirtlessness to come from Billy, clichéd or not.
